SOLGAR®'s advanced shellfish-free Meta-Flex Lite formula provides the essential ingredients for cartilage support, including glucosamine and MSM.

Cartilage, found at the ends of bones, is a flexible and highly supportive material that can withstand heavy loads, often many times our body weight. Glucosamine is found naturally in bones and cartilage, and is considered the foundation for joints and cartilage.

The Meta-Flex Lite (Glucosamine MSM Complex) by SOLGAR ^® is an effective combination of glucosamine hydrochloride, OptiMSM ^® *, ginger and white willow extract, vitamin C and manganese.

More specifically, it contains plant extracts that provide mild anti-inflammatory action and help with the proper functioning of cartilage and joints.

The Meta-Flex Lite from SOLGAR ^® is aimed at older people who, due to the passage of time, face problems of wear and tear and deterioration of their joints and their movement has begun to become difficult. It is also aimed at athletes who burden their joints daily with intensive training, as well as those who face chronic inflammatory conditions.

It does not contain sugar, salt, starch, wheat, soy, gluten, dairy products and no preservatives, artificial flavors or colors are used in its preparation.

Dosage : As a dietary supplement for adults, take 1-3 tablets daily, preferably between meals. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

For orders that do not exceed 3kg of volumetric weight*, the shipping cost is €3.00 when the order is under €50. For orders over this amount, shipping is free!
For orders over 3kg of volumetric weight*, there is an additional charge of €2.30 per extra kilogram.
If the chosen payment method is cash on delivery, there is an additional fee of €2.50.

BOX NOW Shipments up to €150

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

• €5.80 for a medium locker (dimensions 17x45x62cm, up to 4kg)

• €6.90 for a large locker (dimensions 35x45x62cm, up to 7kg)

For orders over €150, shipping is free.

The parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours, with the possibility to extend for an additional 24 hours upon user request.

Shipping to Cyprus and International Destinations

Orders are shipped via DHL Courier. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone and product weight. You will be notified via email of the final shipping cost.
Prepayment via bank transfer or card is required for order shipment.

In-store Pickup

Orders marked as “Pickup from store” are available after confirmation, provided all products are in stock. You will receive an SMS notification when your order is ready.
