Solgar Vitamin K1 (Phytomenadione) 100 µg Tablets contain Vitamin K, a fat-soluble vitamin. There are 3 types of Vitamin K: K1 (Phytomenadione), which comes from food, K2 (Menaquinone), which is produced by intestinal bacteria, and K3 (Menadione), which is a synthetic form. Vitamin K is important for blood clotting and is essential for the synthesis of blood clotting proteins by the liver. Vitamin K is widely recognized for strengthening healthy bones. This is due to its ability to activate calcitonin, a hormone produced by humans, which helps absorb Calcium from bones. Vitamin K is absorbed mainly in the upper part of the small intestine with the help of bile or bile salts and pancreatic juices and is then transported to the liver. Vitamin K is found in plant and animal sources in nature, with high concentrations in dark leafy green vegetables, liver, milk and fish liver oils.

Shipping with ACS Courier

For orders that do not exceed 3kg of volumetric weight*, the shipping cost is €3.00 when the order is under €50. For orders over this amount, shipping is free!
For orders over 3kg of volumetric weight*, there is an additional charge of €2.30 per extra kilogram.
If the chosen payment method is cash on delivery, there is an additional fee of €2.50.

BOX NOW Shipments up to €150

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

• €5.80 for a medium locker (dimensions 17x45x62cm, up to 4kg)

• €6.90 for a large locker (dimensions 35x45x62cm, up to 7kg)

For orders over €150, shipping is free.

The parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours, with the possibility to extend for an additional 24 hours upon user request.

Shipping to Cyprus and International Destinations

Orders are shipped via DHL Courier. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone and product weight. You will be notified via email of the final shipping cost.
Prepayment via bank transfer or card is required for order shipment.

In-store Pickup

Orders marked as “Pickup from store” are available after confirmation, provided all products are in stock. You will receive an SMS notification when your order is ready.
