Solgar Zinc Picolinate 22mg - Zinc Dietary Supplement, 100 tablets

Elemental zinc in picolinate form, which is considered the most absorbable.

Useful in cases of anorexia nervosa and various cases of inflammation and infections, rheumatoid arthritis, acne, macular degeneration and senile dementia.

Zinc has multiple beneficial properties for the body, as it contributes to the metabolism of macronutrients, normal mental functions, DNA synthesis, helps in the metabolism of vitamin A, contributes to normal reproductive functions and fertility. In addition, it contributes to the maintenance of healthy hair, nails and skin , but also provides the body with a strong antioxidant effect. In tablets and lozenges that help relieve symptoms of the common cold.

Increased needs exist in situations of pregnancy, breastfeeding, surgery, injuries and alcoholism . Zinc deficiency is often present in alcoholics, vegetarians and the elderly.

High doses of zinc can adversely affect copper levels (and vice versa).

Although scientific opinions regarding the ideal copper-zinc ratio differ, for prolonged periods of use a ratio of 1:7.5 and 1:10 copper to zinc is likely necessary.

If the chosen payment method is cash on delivery, there is an additional fee of €2.50.

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

• €5.80 for a medium locker (dimensions 17x45x62cm, up to 4kg)

• €6.90 for a large locker (dimensions 35x45x62cm, up to 7kg)

For orders over €150, shipping is free.

The parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours, with the possibility to extend for an additional 24 hours upon user request.

Shipping to Cyprus and International Destinations

Orders are shipped via DHL Courier. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone and product weight. You will be notified via email of the final shipping cost.
Prepayment via bank transfer or card is required for order shipment.

In-store Pickup

Orders marked as “Pickup from store” are available after confirmation, provided all products are in stock. You will receive an SMS notification when your order is ready.
