Orthomolecular new formula provides natural nutrients, such as magnesium and tryptophan, for relaxation and calmness. It also contains lavender, chamomile, hops and passionflower for a deep and restful sleep.
More specifically, the neurotransmitters melatonin and serotonin promote sleep, and tryptophan is an essential amino acid, useful for the creation of melatonin and serotonin.

Magnesium Oxide, adequate magnesium intake helps to naturally relax and initiate sleep, especially when combined with soothing herbs such as chamomile, lavender and hops. Magnesium Oxide is a rich source of elemental magnesium (58% on average). Magnesium is vital for the proper functioning of the nervous system.

Passionflower has many common names, including purple passionflower and maya. Studies show that it may help relieve insomnia and anxiety. It appears to boost levels of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in the brain. This compound reduces brain activity, which can help with relaxation and restful, deep sleep, according to the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health (NCCIH). Other studies show that passionflower may also help with stomach problems. It is also a successful treatment for symptoms of Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) with fewer side effects compared to benzodiazepines.

Chamomile Powder, *recent clinical and laboratory research has shown that chamomile not only relaxes, but also significantly reduces anxiety and depression. A recent study from the University of Nottingham Medical School found that chamomile relaxes blood vessels and smoothes muscle fibers. These results specifically refer to the use of the three main components of chamomile, apigenin, luteolin and bisabolol (all three belong to the hydroxylase class).

Lavender, with over 150 active ingredients, lavender demonstrates its therapeutic properties in treating insomnia, headaches, toothaches, depression, irritability and reducing anxiety.

Hops, its active ingredients support brain functions, helping us to have a more calm outlook on life and promoting restful sleep. It also supports the immune system and regulates histamine levels, especially in times of need. It helps to deal with over-stress, anxiety and insomnia.

How to use

1 -2 capsules daily with meals.

Contraindications : Do not exceed the recommended dosage. If you are taking medication, it is recommended to consult a doctor. Not suitable for pregnant, lactating or women planning a pregnancy.

For orders over 3kg of volumetric weight*, there is an additional charge of €2.30 per extra kilogram.
If the chosen payment method is cash on delivery, there is an additional fee of €2.50.

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

• €5.80 for a medium locker (dimensions 17x45x62cm, up to 4kg)

• €6.90 for a large locker (dimensions 35x45x62cm, up to 7kg)

For orders over €150, shipping is free.

The parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours, with the possibility to extend for an additional 24 hours upon user request.

Shipping to Cyprus and International Destinations

Orders are shipped via DHL Courier. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone and product weight. You will be notified via email of the final shipping cost.
Prepayment via bank transfer or card is required for order shipment.

In-store Pickup

Orders marked as “Pickup from store” are available after confirmation, provided all products are in stock. You will receive an SMS notification when your order is ready.
